PURCHASE OF A MINIMUM OF ONE RED BULL PRODUCT OF ANY SIZE OR FLAVOR USING YOUR FLYMILES ACCOUNT REQUIRED TO ENTER. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER MEMBER.
MULTIPLE PURCHASES DO NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligibility. On The Fly Franchise, LLC. LOYALTY Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Purchase for entry must be made at applicable locations in Indiana and Kentucky.
Sponsorship. The Sweepstakes sponsor is On The Fly, located ]at 1806 N. Franklin St Tampa, FL 33602. Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.
Entry Period. This Sweepstakes begins on November 4, 2024 at 12:01 AM CDT and ends on November 30, 2024 at 11:59 PM CDT (“Entry Period”).
How to Enter. During the Entry Period, download the On The Fly app and register for the FlyMiles loyalty program. Then purchase applicable Red Bull product using your FlyMiles account. When registering to your FlyMiles account, you will be asked to provide your basic contact information, including your name, phone number, email address, and date of birth. (NOTE: You must complete all required fields of the entry form with information that is valid on the date of the drawing to be a loyalty member and thus eligible). This entry is not sponsored by any other parties. Person must be at least 18 years of age and have their own email address in order to qualify.
Limitations on Entries. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER LOYALTY MEMBER/ACCOUNT. Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. No third-party entry or entry through any sweepstakes service is permitted. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.
Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize will be announced after the Entry Period ends, which consists of: Free Red Bull for one (1) year. Limit of one (1) 12oz can of any flavor of Red Bull per day and digital coupon on FlyMiles rewards account must be used to redeem offer. Offer is reedemable only at applicable On The Fly locations in Indiana and Kentucky and is subject to availabilty at respective applicable store(s). Coupon valid for one (1) day, expiring at 11:59 p.m. on the day that it’s given, and it’s not stackable with other Red Bull coupons/offers. Offer is non-transferrable and only valid with winning user. Coupon is only valid on the day that it’s given. Daily coupon will expire at the end of the day prior to receiving the next coupon. Rewards will begin on January 1, 2025 ending on December 31, 2025. Only the prize specified above will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. All federal, state, and local income taxes, insurance, registrations, and title fees connected to the prize are the sole responsibility of Winner. All federal, state, and local regulations apply. All Winners agree to release the Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the Sweepstakes or for damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of prize awarded. No substitution or transfer of prize will be permitted.
Drawing. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries collected during the Entry Period taking place throughout the month of November. Winner will be announced on or around December 2024.The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, prize will be awarded to the natural person account information is assigned by the provider responsible for the domain associated with the submitted information. If winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Sweepstakes rules, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing. Winner will be notified by telephone. Inability of Sponsor to contact winner by telephone within seventy two (72) hours after selection, may result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at Sponsor’s discretion. Prize will be sent directly through the On The Fly loyalty app as described in the Grand Prize section.
Odds. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Sweepstakes.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to a virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of, or after (if applicable) this cancellation, termination, modification or suspension date, or in any manner that is fair and equitable. Under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.
Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of the application, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY
SPONSOR-OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
USE OF DATA: Sponsor will be collecting entrants’ personal data in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy that can be reviewed at the following link: https://ontheflystores.com/privacy/. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy. Entrant’s information may be used for purposes of direct marketing, research, and monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of On The Fly Franchise, LLC. products.
General Terms. By entering this Sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout theworld.
Winner’s Name. The name of winners is available only within 30 days after the close of the Sweepstakes. To receive the name of the winners, where permitted by law, or a printed copy of the Sweepstakes Official Rules, please contact Sponsor by email at rewards@ontheflystores.com
