On The Fly – Steelers Playoff Ticket Giveaway
OFFICIAL RULES
1. Sponsor
The giveaway is sponsored by Giant Retail, LLC. (“Sponsor”). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the National Football League or the Pittsburgh Steelers.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and registered members of the On The Fly mobile application in good standing. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. How to Enter:
Eligible participants may enter by following the instructions provided within the On The Fly mobile application during the giveaway period. Eligible participants must be enrolled in On The Fly’s rewards program, FlyMiles, and click to enter via the mobile application. Purchase or payment of any kind is not necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning. Entries are limited to one per person.
4. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on Tuesday January 6, 2026 at 8:00 p.m (EST) and ends on Friday January 9, 2026 at 11:59 p.m (EST).
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to a Pittsburgh Steelers playoff game. Game date, seat location, and ticket delivery method are determined solely by Sponsor. Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. No substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all expenses not expressly stated, including travel, parking, lodging, food, and taxes.
6. Winner Selection & Odds
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification & Verification
The potential winner will be notified using the contact information associated with their On The Fly app account. Sponsor may require proof of identity, and execution of an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release where permitted by law. Failure to respond or verify eligibility may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
8. Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with receipt or use of the prize.
RELEASE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9. Event Attendance & Stadium Injury Waiver
By accepting the prize, the winner and any guest acknowledge that attendance at a professional football game involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, crowd-related incidents, weather conditions, and the acts or omissions of third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, the winner and guest voluntarily assume all such risks and release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to attendance at the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event.
10. Third-Party & Venue Disclaimer
Sponsor does not own, operate, or control the event venue, teams, league, ticket issuer, or any third-party service providers. Sponsor is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or conditions of any such third parties. Any claims related to the event itself must be directed to the applicable third party.
11. Ticket Condition & No Warranty
Tickets are awarded “as-is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Sponsor makes no representations regarding seat location, event quality, security measures, or availability of amenities.
12. Force Majeure
If the event is postponed, rescheduled, canceled, relocated, materially altered, or rendered impracticable due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control — including but not limited to weather events, acts of God, public health emergencies, governmental actions, labor disputes, league decisions, or team elimination — Sponsor shall have no obligation to provide an alternate prize, substitute tickets, or monetary compensation.
13. Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or engages in fraudulent or improper conduct. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.
14. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, and/or app username for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
15. Governing Law; Jurisdiction; Venue
This Giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and agrees that the exclusive venue for any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, or, if applicable, the federal courts sitting therein, regardless of the entrant’s state of residence or domicile.
16. Acceptance of Rules
Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions.
